Fan Capacitor Dry / Oil

Fan Capacitor stores energy and provides extra power for the fan motors when they are running. Since a fan is expected to be operated just by the flick of a switch, it has to employ a continuous rating capacitor in series with its auxiliary winding, which stays energized as long as the fan runs. All Capacitors are designed for continuous duty and with minimum capacitance droppage which decreases the Energy Cost and also increases the lifespan of the fan motor. Available in: Dry Type in Aluminum & PP Can / Oil filled in Aluminum Can and Dry Type PP box type

Helping You Make the Right Choice

What is the role of a Fan Capacitor in a fan?
A Fan Capacitor provides the starting torque and helps maintain the running speed of the fan motor for smooth operation.
Common signs include the fan not starting, operating at reduced speed, or making unusual noises. Testing the capacitor with a multimeter can confirm its condition.
Yes, our Fan Capacitors are designed for use in ceiling, table, and exhaust fans, offering compatibility with various brands and models.
With proper usage, Halcap Fan Capacitors have a lifespan of several years, depending on operational conditions and maintenance.
